Abstract submission
IMPORTANT: Abstract submission is closed. Late posters can still be submitted for consideration using the email address: graphita@aquila.infn.it.
Submission instructions
To submit an abstract you first need to create a new user in order to receive an upload password. Once you have your upload password go to the submit new abstract page and upload your file.
We do ENCOURAGE registration from participants which DO NOT intend to submit an abstract. Just register a new user clicking the button below.
Please follow the guidelines below to format your abstract file.
IMPORTANT: Depending on your country of origin, you may require a visa to come to Italy. If you need an invitation letter to partecipate to our workshop, we will be happy to provide it to you to facilitate the process.
Electronic format guidelines
Only PDF, MS Word and Open Office files will be accepted. Abstract must have the length of exactly 2 pages, A4 format. Be sure to include figure labels and scale markers. Color figures may be used and will be reproduced as such in the electronic proceedings distributed on CD-ROM only.
